I began my real estate career in 2001, representing a new subdivision for a local builder. With all of the changes during construction and the conflict between home buyers and the general contractor on site, I quickly learned to be a mediate differences and bring parties together. In 2002, I accepted a job at Dickson Realty working in a partnership with one of the broker/owners; Dickson Realty is the largest, independent, #1 Ranking Reno-Tahoe Firm . The timing of my career has taken me through regular markets, crazy-hot markets and the largest recession in U.S. history, giving me a great deal of experience in marketing, negotiations, short sales, foreclosure and multiple offers.
