About Me… Personally…

I moved to Reno in 1998 to go to UNR.  My parents wanted me to go to Reno to go to school and you can’t just do what your parents want, so I spent two years at UNLV before transferring over, but don’t tell anyone.

I met my husband (that guy I would never date) that same year at work.  He is now a Fire Captain with Storey County and the center of my world.  We continue to build a crazy, chaotic and amazing life together.

We have 3 kids… 3 BOYS!!!  3 boys, all 7 years apart.  Our poor planning had us starting completely over each time we get one totally self sufficient, but the payoff is we now have our own babysitters and designated drivers!  They keep us constantly on our toes and they are removing the color from my hair one strand at a time.  They are involved in a little bit of everything: sports, baseball especially, skiing, snowboarding, camping, flying, mountain bike & bmx riding, hunting, traveling, and most recently, diving.  I know our health insurer is as thrilled about their adventurous spirit as we are!

I started in real estate in 2001 in a new home subdivision.  When the project ended, I went to Dickson Realty in 2002.  I am a full-time agent.  I absolutely LOVE my job!  I get to help people achieve the dream of homeownership for a living.  I get to be there to help them find a path.  I get to be there when they are saying goodbye to the starter house where their child’s growth is permanently marked on the wall, as well as be there when the kids are excitedly choosing their new room in the new house, more appropriate for a growing family.  I’ve been there through the good times and the highs of getting clients exactly what they want to the low times, from family changes to losing a home.  It is an emotional journey of big changes and important decisions.  I am so blessed to work with such incredible people that become part of my life while doing what I love.
