We went camping with a group of friends at Weber Reservoir and had THE best time. It is one of the few places where you can have fireworks–real ones–not just pull string confetti. Our kids have never really been around fireworks, because they are outlawed everywhere. Here, all the nearby campers had an abundance of them as well, anything from sparklers to industrial 4th of July style light shows.
There was something special about spending time with 15+ kids (of all ages) and seeing them riding 4-wheelers, swimming and kayaking with them under a full moon at 2:00 in the morning without a single phone in sight. They had so much fun just being kids. The fish are pretty easy to catch too! We would definitely go back.
