ROCK CLIMBING LAKE TAHOE
Big Chief has some short and well bolted sport climbs.
Donner Summit, off Hwy 40, offers some traditional and sport climbing with some bolts.
Eagle Creek Canyon is near Emerald Bay on Tahoe’s SW shore. Park off Hwy 89 at the Eagle Lake Parking area.
Lovers Leap is 20 miles from South Lake Tahoe. They offer easy to moderate climbs and do have some bolted lines.
